Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostLoop, a social-content automation dashboard operated by PostLoop ("PostLoop", "we", "us", "our"), including its website, dashboard, scheduler, video rendering, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in, topping up your wallet, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

• Workspace — the isolated data container tied to your Clerk account. Each Clerk user owns exactly one personal workspace.
• Wallet — the IDR-denominated balance associated with your workspace, used to pay for generations.
• Generation — any billable action that consumes wallet balance, including but not limited to AI video renders, caption generation, and other automated jobs.
• Top-up — a payment you make via our payment partner (Midtrans) to add IDR credit to your Wallet.
• Starter credits — the one-time IDR grant we may credit to a newly created workspace at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any entity you claim to represent.

Access to the Service is provided through Clerk authentication. One personal workspace is provisioned automatically on your first authenticated visit.

• Accounts and workspaces cannot be self-deleted. You may stop using the Service at any time, but there is no self-service mechanism to delete your account or workspace, and we do not guarantee deletion on request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data in light of this.
• You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your account has been compromised, if you violate these Terms, or to protect the Service or other users.

PostLoop is a social-content command center: schedule posts, save reusable content to a library, run recurring post loops with varied captions and music, generate AI-assisted videos, and track competitor snapshots.

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. The Service may be unstable, experience downtime, latency, or partial failures, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We continuously work to keep the Service reliable and to deliver the best experience for our customers, but we cannot promise any specific uptime or service level.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any such change.

The Service uses an IDR-denominated wallet. The following rules apply to all wallet activity:

• Every generation is charged. Each generation (including AI video renders and other billable jobs) deducts a fee from your wallet balance at the then-current price. Prices are displayed in the dashboard before you trigger a generation.
• Top-ups are non-refundable. Amounts paid to top up your wallet cannot be refunded to your original payment method or to cash, in whole or in part, for any reason.
• Balance cannot be withdrawn. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user or workspace, or exchanged for cash. It can only be consumed by generations within the Service.
• Balance retention. Each top-up credit is retained for one (1) year from its purchase date. After that period, the unused portion of that top-up credit is forfeited and removed from your wallet. New top-ups do not extend the retention window of earlier top-ups. Starter credits follow the same one-year retention from the date they were granted.
• Failed renders are re-credited, not refunded. If a paid generation fails on our side, we will re-credit the corresponding debit to your wallet as service credit. This is a service re-credit, not a cash refund, and does not entitle you to withdraw or cash out the amount.
• Starter credits. Starter credits, if any, are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and follow the same one-year retention as top-ups.
• Price changes. We may change the price per generation or the available top-up packages at any time. Price changes apply only to future generations and future top-ups; they do not affect balance already in your wallet.
• Payment processing. Top-ups are processed by Midtrans. We only receive payment metadata (order ID, amount, status); we never receive or store your full card details.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish, schedule, or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior;
• Circumvent the terms of service of any third-party platform (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others) that PostLoop integrates with;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, including reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing rate limits;
• Use the Service to process or store content you do not have the rights to use; or
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Service.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of wallet balance without refund.

PostLoop uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate captions, video scripts, and rendered videos. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your purposes.

• No warranty on AI output.We provide AI-generated content "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You must review before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is published. You bear sole responsibility for content you publish through the Service.
• Platform ban risk. PostLoop automates publishing to third-party platforms. We are not liable if a platform suspends, bans, shadow-bans, or otherwise restricts your account as a result of using automation, including content scheduled or published through the Service. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Content"), including media, captions, watermarks, and post configurations.

You grant PostLoop a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcode, render, and publish Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you (including scheduling, generating videos, and publishing to connected platforms on your behalf).

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload, process, and publish Your Content through the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

PostLoop may offer competitor snapshot features. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of competitor data complies with applicable law and the terms of service of any platform from which that data is sourced. We are not liable for your use of competitor data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any generation will produce a usable result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostLoop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or accounts, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to PostLoop for top-ups in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostLoop and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms, or your misuse of the Service.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government action, pandemics, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or failures of third-party providers (including AI, payment, storage, and social-platform providers).

These Terms take effect when you first use the Service and remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Service at any time; because accounts and workspaces cannot be self-deleted, your data will continue to be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your wallet balance is forfeited and not refundable.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall continue in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service. Note that stopping use does not entitle you to a refund of any wallet balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bandung, Indonesia.
